■ How to make a booking|
1 Users are asked to fill in the necessary items in the form and submit it on line.
2 An auto-reply e-mail will be sent to user.
3 Reservation staffs will confirm the contents of the booking and send user a Confirmation e-mail.
4 After receiving the confirmation, user must reply (a blank message is ok) to this Confirmation e-mail.
※At this point your booking is fixed (if no reply, bookings will be suspended)

5 Reservation staffs will send an invoice. (PayPal, credit card payment form )
6 Please settle the payment according to the invoice.

Which operating company will be in charge of the tours.
Sari Tours, it is a Japanese owned company based in Bali, established in 1992. It has a long history of proven credibility in Bali.
What if it rains?
Most tours are available even in rain but as for golf, for fear of lightning you may be asked from the golf course side to terminate the game.
How will the payment be done.
Payments will either be by PayPal (e-money) through your smart phone or by credit card.

Will there be any tour guide provided besides the driver?
Yes, a government approved tour guide will accompany. Tour guides will always be provided for tours and car charters booked through Sari Tours (Bali based tour agent).
Is it possible to end the car charter and get off the car in Ubud ?
Yes it is possible, but cannot be recommended since unlike the Southern resort areas there are hardly no meter taxis in Ubud.
Should we ask the driver to join us during meals.
There is no need to ask the driver to join or for the guest to pay for their meal.
Is it necessary to tip the guide.
It is not necessary and our guides will not ask for any. However is up to our guests to decide to do so if they feel they received good service. In case of golf courses, we recommend that you tip your caddy after the round.
I do not wish to stop by at souvenir shops that guides strongly recommend.
We Sari tours have strictly selected our guides and they are forbidden to carry out such behavior. If by any chance you were forced to visit a place you do not intend to go, kindly contact us as soon as possible, we will execute necessary procedures.
Will we be asked to join cars with other guests?
What type of car will be used?
An authorized wagon type car will be used. Please inform us upon booking if you are planning to have big luggage such as suitcases, surf boards, diving equipments ..etc..since it may not fit in the car.
Is it ok to ask to stop by some shops while driving?
Yes. We will consider safety first, but it is ok to request to our driver.
I have booked my flight and hotel at another agent, but is it ok to book an optional tour here?
Yes, if you have available time please feel free to book through us.
May I book an optional tour on my last day in Bali?
Yes it is possible to book for a tour or a spa before your flight.
