0Pantai Jimbaran
Located south of Ngurah Rai International Airport, it has seafood restaurants selling Ikan Bakar (fish barbeque) all along the beach. Tourists can enjoy fresh fish and seafood whilst watching the beautiful sunset and lights from the faraway fishing boats. An experience of watching the sunset with a beer in one hand and fish barbeque in the other is sure to make you addicted to Bali.
0Pantai Semawang
The first resort area developed on the island. The only place in Bali where you can see a 1 km stretch of coral reef coming to the surface during the low tides. All kinds of marine activities can be experienced here but must be cautious with the corals. Also a famous sunrise spot for local tourists from Jawa and Lombok, who come flocking on buses early in the morning to experience the beautiful sunrise.
0Pantai Balangan
This beach is located on the right side on the way to Uluwatu temple. There are few hotels and restaurants around but not too touristic, so rather like a secret beach. Mostly only surfers come here , so ideal for a couples getaway.
0Pantai Nusa Dua
Nusa Dua is a high class resort crowded with huge 5 star Hotels, divided by the Main gate, North gate and South gate, it started to develop rapidly in the last 30 years, and now has become the main resort area in Bali. In most places on this beach, motorized marine sports are prohibited.
0Pantai Tanjung Benoa
Once a typical seaside village, Tanjung Benoa has now been transformed into a highly developed resort area, dotted with a number of upscale hotels, luxury resorts, world class private villas, superb restaurants, open air cafes, and facilities for enjoying a continuum of water sport activities. Whether you would like to enjoy the view of Penida island from the beautiful beach or stroll around to visit the Balinese temples, Tanjung Benoa offers a quiet time for tourists.
0Pantai Double Six
This beach stretching from Kuta and Legian has a wide sandy beach busy with surfers and tourists enjoying the surf and sun. There are a lot of fancy cafes and restaurants around here, also you will find along the street from Legian street to the beach many batik wholesale shops. A lot of retailers and tourists come here to find their best deal.
0Pantai Seminyak
This beach is getting almost as busy as Kuta and Legian beach, with tourists and foreign residents. The sunset here is remarkable. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine is the ultimate way to enjoy this beach.
0Pantai Legian
Legian beach located next to Kuta area is also a very popular tourist spot. Along the coast stands splendid hotels and you will find many sellers offering souvenirs and massage. If you are planning to enjoy a quiet day on the beach and not interested to buy anything, it is best to avoid contact with these sellers.
0New Kuta Beach (Dream Land Beach)
One of the newest beach resort in Bali, usually filled with Chinese, Korean and local tourists. Also, renowned for its dangerous shore break. The sunset from here is quite a view.
0Pantai Kuta
The best known resort beach in Bali, since the early 1970s after the surfers arrived. Kuta beach is also known as Sunset Beach, the beautiful sunsets and Bali’s biggest entertainment district keep attracting tourists from around the world. Of course there are many surfers and sellers offering souvenirs, manicure, pedicure, massage …etc. At night the area is packed with tourists bustling to go to night clubs and bars.
